01What do I need before starting a TravelHP storefront?
Keep your company name, seller domain, administrator name, email, phone number, and business address ready. You must select Tours or Hotels as a starter plugin. You can add other available plugins during setup or later from the admin workspace.
02How is my domain storefront created?
Submit the Get Started form with your business and domain details. TravelHP creates a dedicated domain storefront, head-office branch, branding workspace, administrator account, plugin records, and the initial billing records required by your selection.
03Why must I verify my email?
Email verification confirms that the administrator address belongs to you. Your new domain storefront remains pending until the verification link is opened. After successful verification, the storefront can be activated and the administrator can sign in.
04How do I sign in to the admin workspace?
Use Login / Signup on your own storefront domain. Sign in with the verified email or mobile number using OTP, or use your password after one is configured. Users with an administrator role will see the Admin menu; normal customer accounts cannot enter the admin workspace.
05Can the same email be used for more than one domain?
An administrator email must remain unique for its domain access. An existing account may be associated with another storefront only as a normal customer where the platform rules permit it. Use a dedicated business email for domain administration.
